Terms of Service & Privacy

These Terms govern your use of the DeepFCS platform ("DeepFCS", "we", "us"), a software service that analyses flow-cytometry data and presents structural and marker-based evidence to support expert interpretation. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to the data practices below.

Research / decision-support use only. DeepFCS is a clinical decision-support and research tool. It does not provide a medical diagnosis and is not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified physician or laboratory professional. All output must be reviewed and confirmed by a competent expert before any clinical decision is made.

1. The data you upload

To use DeepFCS you upload flow-cytometry data files (for example .fcs files) and related case metadata. These files, and the metadata you enter, may contain personal data — including data relating to an identifiable patient.

Your consent to processing. By accepting these Terms you confirm and consent that:

you are authorised to upload the data — you are the data controller or act on their behalf, and you have obtained any patient consent or legal basis required in your jurisdiction;
you consent to DeepFCS processing the data you upload, including any flow-cytometry (FCS) files and any personal data they contain, for the sole purpose of producing the requested analysis and presenting the results back to you;
you instruct us to process the data on your behalf as your processor for that purpose.

2. How we handle uploaded data

Uploaded files are used only to run your requested analysis and to return results to your account.
We do not sell uploaded data and do not use the content of your case files to advertise to you.
Files are stored on infrastructure located in Türkiye and protected by access controls and encryption in transit.
Identifiers are stripped on upload, before storage. Patient-identifying metadata in the file (names, IDs, operator fields and similar) is removed before the file ever reaches disk; an upload that cannot be de-identified is rejected rather than stored.
Deletion and retention. You may delete your account and your personal data at any time. The de-identified analysis files and derived results, which no longer identify anyone, are retained and used to develop and improve the analysis engine — this retention survives account deletion. If you do not want your files used this way even in de-identified form, tell us at the address below before or instead of uploading.
We may process de-identified or aggregate technical information to operate, secure and improve the service.

You remain responsible for minimising the personal data you upload. Where your workflow allows, remove or pseudonymise direct identifiers before uploading.

3. Your account

Sign-in is passwordless: you authenticate with a one-time code sent to your e-mail address, or with a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for keeping access to your e-mail account secure and for activity under your account.

4. Your allowance

DeepFCS is currently free of charge. While we are in beta, each account receives a monthly allowance of analyses — roughly ten — which renews automatically. We do not collect payment details and nothing is sold, so no invoice is issued.

An unused allowance does not carry over into the next month. If we introduce paid plans in future, their terms and prices would be presented for your acceptance before any charge, and the published Delivery & Refund Terms and Distance Sales Agreement would apply from that point.

5. Beta status, and what may change

DeepFCS is currently in beta. That is a statement about maturity, not a formality: features may change or be withdrawn, results and interfaces may change between releases, and the service may be interrupted, limited or discontinued. We do not guarantee availability, uninterrupted operation, or that any particular feature will continue to exist.

Free today does not mean free forever. The service is offered at no charge during the beta, and we expressly reserve the right to introduce paid plans, to change or withdraw the free allowance, and to change how much use an account receives. If we do so:

We will give notice in advance — at the e-mail address on your account and on the site.
Nothing is charged retroactively. Use during the free period stays free; charging could only ever apply to use after a paid plan starts.
You would be asked to accept the paid terms before any charge. No payment details are held today, so no charge can occur without you actively providing them and agreeing.
You may simply stop. If you do not accept a future paid arrangement, you can decline it and stop using the service; you may request deletion of your data as described above.

Nothing in this section creates an obligation on us to continue offering a free allowance, and nothing in it obliges you to pay for anything you have not accepted.

6. Marketing communications (optional)

If — and only if — you opt in, we may send you product news and updates. This consent is optional, is separate from your acceptance of these Terms, and you can withdraw it at any time (for example via the unsubscribe link in any such e-mail).

7. Acceptable use

Do not upload data you are not authorised to process.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Do not use the service as the sole basis for a clinical decision.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law (including the Turkish KVKK and, where relevant, the GDPR), you and the individuals whose data you upload may have rights of access, correction, deletion and objection. Direct such requests to the address below; where we act as your processor we will assist you in responding to them.

9. Liability

DeepFCS is provided "as is" for decision support and research. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for clinical decisions made using the service, nor for data you were not authorised to upload. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and the version date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
